Carpet borders and insets, at one time a very popular residential option and a specialty of mine. Not much is specified today outside of commercial environments but from time-to-time I get the call for it. This project is a high end home in PV and had a mauve and blue color insets installed in the 80’s. I removed those and replaced with a tan pin-dot for a simple updating.
