He provided me with pricing information regarding the possible repair (best case scenario) and replacement (worst case scenario). Ken arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. After inspecting the damage he went right to work replacing the plank (luckly I had some spares). The results were absolutely perfect! Ken was prompt, professional, careful and personable. He took great and pride in his work and it showed. We couldn't be happier.”
